Shipping Coverage

Al Jannat Organics delivers to serviceable locations across Pakistan through third-party courier partners. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and locations.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after basic order and contact-detail verification. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order, delivery address, or availability. Orders containing incomplete or unverifiable information may be delayed or cancelled.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Major cities: approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Remote or less-accessible areas: approximately 5–7 working days after dispatch.

These are estimated timelines, not guaranteed delivery dates. Public holidays, weather, security conditions, courier disruptions, or remote-area routing may cause delays.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before you place your order. Orders above Rs. 4,999 qualify for free delivery unless a different offer or condition is clearly displayed on the website.

Delivery Attempts

Please provide a complete address and an active phone number, and remain available to receive courier calls. If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, refuses the parcel, provides an incorrect address, or cannot be contacted, the parcel may be returned to us.

Inspection on Delivery

Please check the outer parcel for visible damage before accepting it where practical. For any damaged, leaking, missing, expired, unsealed, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs, and preferably an unboxing video.
