Return & Refund Policy

Return Request Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Contact us before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, fully sealed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with the label and order details available.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and product-safety reasons, opened, used, unsealed, partially consumed, or tampered supplement products cannot be returned or exchanged. Products damaged after delivery because of improper use or storage are also not eligible.

Damaged, Incorrect, Expired, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, leaking, expired, unsealed, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number, clear photographs of the parcel and product, and preferably an unboxing video. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no return-shipping cost to you.

Change-of-Mind Returns

An approved change-of-mind return must meet all return-eligibility conditions. The customer is responsible for return courier charges and safe delivery of the product back to us. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless the item was incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–10 working days using bank transfer, mobile wallet, or another mutually agreed method. Courier and banking processing times may vary.

Order Cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will try to assist before dispatch, but cancellation is not guaranteed once the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Consumer Rights

This policy is intended to clearly disclose our return and refund terms before purchase. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws in Pakistan.
